Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambéry, is made with more than 50 Alpine herbs, native to the Savoie region. Remarkably versatile, its light, fresh character and spice notes elevate all manner of classic whiskey-based cocktails and mixed drinks-especially the Manhattan-letting bourbon, rye or Scotch 'do the talking'. Its profile is firm and balanced, without the excessive sweetness or aftertaste found in large commercial products and thus also excels as an aperitif (over ice, with a twist).
